How To Implement This Healthy Living Plan For The New Year
The most important thing to remember is that food is fuel. When you start to think of things with this perspective, then it becomes easier for you to make the right choices. Think about food in terms of what it can do for you. When you are deciding what to have for a meal, think about what you really need. Do you need more energy or are you trying to manage your weight? Are you trying to reduce inflammation in your body? Do you need to reduce stress, lift your mood, or reduce anxiety?
Whatever you need, there are food, herbs, and supplements to support that need.
Food is medicine, and if you treat it that way, you can truly heal yourself.
Don’t put the food you just grabbed into your mouth until you can say with certainty, exactly how it is benefiting your needs.
Stick with me and I will tell you what foods are for what conditions. I will teach you which foods to grab for each of your goals.
For example, if one of your top goals for this year is to reduce your stress and anxiety, I can show you 5 Everyday Foods To Help Lessen Anxiety…

So, What Are Your Goals?
Whether you want to be able to lift more weight, run farther, gain flexibility, strengthen your core, or become more proficient in your favorite sport, food is the key to your success.
Your fitness goals are directly tied to your diet successes. If you stay with the “food is fuel” or “food is medicine” way of thinking, and you only feed yourself what your body actually needs, you will improve your health and you will look and feel younger.
I suggest that you choose one or two of the goals below to start with. Then, continue to scroll down and read my list of top foods for fuel that you should be eating but probably aren’t..
