I’m a professional golfer and I was looking for ways to get more energy and stamina. I worked with Stacey (via Skype) and honestly, I was surprised at how the tweaks she made to my lifestyle worked! I was a little resistant to all of these “healthy” foods, so I decided to first just get my feet wet by adjusting my breakfast and lunch. My mom talked me into seeing Stacey. I was hesitant at first because I was in my early 20s and I was afraid she was going to make me change my lifestyle a little too much. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and I was worried about it because of my bad family medical history. The doctor placed me on cholesterol medication. This made Stacey crazy. She talked me into eating only what she told me to eat for 6 weeks. Because I’m her husband, she told me to go off of the medication for this 6 weeks and to then get another blood test. (I know that normally, she won’t tell people to go off of any medications prescribed by a doctor.) I love a good experiment, but I didn’t really expect the great results that followed. At the end of the 6 weeks, I was re-tested and my bad cholesterol went down 30 points and my good cholesterol went up 40 points. And this was after only 6 weeks! She can be a pain in the butt sometimes, but she knows what she’s doing…
