If I had a nickel for every client who has asked me if there are any good, easy, instant paleo meal options available, well, I’d have a lot of nickels!

I pride myself with being able to answer every question each one of my clients asks. If I don’t know the answer, I will research it until there is no more research to be done. Yeah… I’m a research nerd, but I just love having all of the answers, especially if there’s a question that so many of you are asking.

So, when so many of you started asking me about healthy or Paleo or Whole30 meals that you could take with you to the office, or on a plan, or when you travel, I started researching like I’ve never researched before. And, OMG, the lack of products available was really astounding.

And yes, I am a chef. And no, I don’t need instant to-go easy meals in order to keep my Paleo lifestyle. But, it’s like I tell you so often: I can help you live your best life with food, herbs, and supplements — whether you are a cook, or weather you hate your kitchen.

I once had a client ask me for kitchen design advice. She asked me which countertop material would be best for putting hot pizza boxes on because that’s how her kitchen was most often used. In my “food is medicine” world, there are no limits because of lack of cooking desire or ability.

In case you don’t already know this about me: I will never recommend a product to you unless I have tested and tested and retested it out on myself, my family, my friends, and my willing clients. Never ever.

If you eat the right foods and herbs for your unique body and circumstances, you can heal yourself. All you need is the correct information. And I’m here to give it to you. So, read on and learn about some meals you can actually take with you when you travel, or make in an instant by just adding water. Best of all, these meals won’t throw you off of your healthy eating plan.

Okay, it’s time to get to what I’m really here to talk about.

Finally, I have found a great on the go Paleo meal option. Yes! It’s true.

Wild Zora Foods, I bow down to you. The Paleo gods bow down to you.

Instant Paleo Meals To Go

Wild Zora has come up with quite a variety of paleo meals in a bag. There are sweet meals and savory meals. To me, the sweet ones are more suitable for breakfast, while the savory ones are great for dinner. And let me just say this: these meals are so filling. Each bad contains 1 serving. But, hey, I am a big eater (yes, it’s true that I could really eat an entire pizza by myself if challenged…), so I was a little concerned when I peaked in the bags… but I was stuffed when I ate a whole bag.

Big portions. Great ingredients. And delicious. Hmmm…. they are really onto something here…

Sweet/Breakfast Paleo Meals To Go

These meals are Paleo. They are grain-free, but they mimic bowl of hot cereal. The main ingredient is organic flaxseed meal. So healthy! Then, come the flavors — the nuts, the fruits, the spices, the cacao nibs… The one you see pictured above is the Cliffside Coconut Berry bowl. All of the flavors  have a good amount of protein, fiber and healthy fat.

This Is How Easy They Are To Travel With…

All you do is pour hot water into the bag. Seal it up. Wait a few minutes. Eat.

I remember — many moons ago –when my most requested recipe was “meat in a bag”. For real. I’d make some chunky beef chili, fill some empty Frito’s bags with meat, top with the Fritos and some sour cream and cheese… and  everyone thought this was the greatest invention since sliced bread.

So delicious. But so unhealthy.

Hmmm…. I see a recipe re-make coming very soon…

Lunch And Dinner In A Bag

If I’m being totally honest, I have to tell you that I was not looking forward to trying the lunch/dinner bags. They are also filled with healthy and organic ingredients, but the whole instant-meat-and-vegetables-in-a-bag thing kind of was creeping me out a bit.

Wow, was I wrong. I made the Mountain Beef Stew. I tore the bag open. Poured the water in. Stirred it up. Sealed the bag again. Then, I grabbed my spoon and dug right into the bag. I think a smile actually crept over my face. The beef tasted like beef. The veggies actually were recognizable. And again, the ingredients list was awesome. Just meat and veg and spices. All natural and organic.

So, here I am sounding like a product advertisement.

Paleo meals to go. These are worth the hype.

But, I don’t care how I sound. Because now, when you ask if there are any good, healthy Paleo meals that you can travel with, take on a plane, bring for lunch, or just eat on lazy nights… I have an answer for you.

That answer is: Try Wild Zora Foods.
