We can tell you which stores to go to to get which products. We are able to analyze your favorite restaurant menus — we will even speak to the chefs and the restaurant staffers to learn everything we can about your particular dishes so that we can advise you properly.

While studying for a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine, it became clear that all of the amazing tenets of Eastern Medicine could be applied to food and used as everyday healing agents for so many people. Stacey knew that if she combined what she was learning about the properties of food, herbs, and supplements with what she already knew from her chef’s training, it would be life-changing.

And it is. This training in both Eastern and Western medicine, combined with an obsession with food and cooking, has created a unique perspective and knowledge base that has helped so many people. We want to help you. Nothing is more frustrating than knowing that these tools exist but that so many of you have not been taught them.

Stacey Isaacs has a skillset that nobody else can offer you. She has cooked with some of the most respected chefs and she has healed thousands of people like you.  She is grateful every day that she  was lucky enough to work at Food Network as a cook and food stylist. She learned so much about food and ingredients working with Rachel Ray, Guy Fieri, Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, Tyler Florence, Mario Batalli, Cat Cora and others. This was a dream come true. But, deep in her soul, she still had the calling to be a healer. 

Stacey began cooking foods for people who had specific dietary needs. She was a personal-chef-of-sorts to people with cancer, gluten intolerance, Parkinson’s, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis and many more conditions. She also advised, menu-planned and cooked for people who wanted to lose weight and look and feel youthful and healthy. She became expert at healing through foods.

Being able to take the principles of both Eastern and Western medicine and nutrition and combine those with her knowledge of and her love for simple, delicious, healing foods, has placed Stacey at the top of her field.

2. Healthy Food Bootcamp

Take this ONE week of your life to get yourself back on track! Here’s how it works: You pick the one issue that you are most concerned with (boosting energy, managing weight, fixing digestion, reducing inflammation, boosting immune system, youthful skin, etc.) and we will focus on that issue for one week. We’ll kick the week off taking a look at what you eat during our 20 minutes phone consultation. You’ll receive your very own, customized-to-you-and-your-eating-habits eBook, so you’ll have a permanent reference of what we talked about and how to make it work for you.

3. Set Yourself Up For Success At Home

Did you ever wish someone would teach you what foods, herbs, and supplements you need to keep in your kitchen so that you can easily succeed in your healthy lifestyle? This is your chance. We will come into your home and go through your pantry, your refrigerator, and your freezer. We will discuss your goals and your health concerns. Then, we will provide you with a list of things you need to remove from your kitchen and a list of things to add to your pantry, fridge, and freezer. We’ll even tell you the best places to buy your new healthy staples.

4. Healthy Cooking Lessons

We can teach you and/or members of your household how to re-create your favorite foods in a healthy way. First, we will discuss your goals and your health concerns. Then, you can provide us with a list of your favorite meals, and we will come into your kitchen and show you how you can still have these old-favorites and stay healthy. A few days before we come, we’ll give you a list of ingredients to buy and when we come over, be ready to cook.

5. Learn How To Dine Out And How To Order In

We are aware that many of our clients prefer to dine out or order in food. If this describes you, then this is the package for you. You will provide us with a list of your 10 favorite restaurants to dine in at or your favorite spots to get delivery from. We will dissect their menus, talk to chefs, visit the spots, or do whatever is necessary for us to find out the details of what you are eating. Then, we will advise you on the best healthy options for you.

6. Eat With Stacey

Pick one of your go-to restaurants in the city. Stacey will meet you there. Together, you will examine the menu, order the healthiest food available, eat together, and discuss whatever your most important healthy concerns are.  This lunch or dinner is extremely informative, and will teach you the tips and tricks you need to learn to effectively decipher a menu so that you can order the best food for your particular needs.

7. Food Styling, Food Photography, And Recipe Development For Businesses

(I know that normally, she won’t tell people to go off of any medications prescribed by a doctor.) I love a good experiment, but I didn’t really expect the great results that followed.
