Place the coconut milk, matcha, syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla into a mason jar. Cover and shake well.
Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, you have 2 choices; just scoop the pudding into bowls and top with fruit, or place the pudding into a blender and blend for a smoother texture and then top with fruit.
