This Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl will make you smile while keeping you healthy. It's great for your digestion and can help fight inflammation.
Ingredients
½ cup coconut water
½ cup yogurt (I used a dairy-free cashew yogurt)
1 cup frozen cauliflower
3
pitted dates
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch of
Himalayan salt
1 scoop
collagen
1 tsp
maca root powder
1 Tbs
ground flax seed
1 Tbs
sun butter
Toppings:
blueberries,
bee pollen
, walnuts,
raw cacao nibs
... or anything you like
Instructions
Put all ingredients (except toppings) into a high-speed blender and whiz it up until smooth.
Scoop into a bowl.
Top with whatever makes you happy.
