This pineapple mango smoothie is like sunshine in a glass. It only has a few ingredients, and it will help your digestions... and it is delicious!
Ingredients
½ of a fresh pineapple, cut into chunks (discard the outer rind)
1 mango, pit and peel discarded
½ of a banana (if you have a frozen one, even better)
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
large handful of fresh basil leaves
ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender (I used my Vitamix, so it was pretty quick).
Whiz it up until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass.
