This is the prettiest, easiest, and healthiest way to stay hydrated this summer... and it's so delicious!
Ingredients
1 c mango-infused coconut water
(This is a great coconut water)
2 frozen bananas (don't worry if they aren't frozen, you can use fresh ones)
1 large mango, peeled and cut up
3 Tbs
pink pitaya powder
(or whatever amount gives you the color you like)
1 lb frozen peaches
12 oz frozen cauliflower florets
These are the toppings I used:
bee pollen granules
, fresh mint leaves,
hemp seeds
,
raw cacao nibs
, fresh raspberries (mix it up as you see fit)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into the blender, except the toppings.
Whiz it up until smooth.
Pour into bowls and become an artist with the toppings.
