This is the perfect cup of steaming deliciousness. It's so healing and no steamed milk is required. I make mine with dairy-free milk.
Ingredients
1 13.5 oz can full-fat coconut milk (

)
1-1/2 cups water
½ cup canned pumpkin puree (

2 Tbs collagen powder (

6 pitted dates
2-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric powder (
Here's an organic one
)
20 grinds of black pepper
Instructions
Heat the coconut milk and the water in a small pot.
Pour the hot milk into your blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
Whiz it up good.
