Turmeric Chia Pudding

Put all of the ingredients in a jar and shake it up. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Done. Awesome.
Ingredients
2 cups cashew milk (or another non-dairy milk of your choice)
¼ cup plus 3-Tbs chia seeds (
you can buy them here
)
3 Tbs pure maple syrup (
you can try this one
)
1-1/4 tsp cinnamon
about 1 tsp turmeric powder (use a little more or less depending on your taste) (
here's one
)
6 grinds of black pepper (don't leave this out -- it helps with the absorption of turmeric)
½ tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 Tbs goji berries
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into a mason jar.
Put the lid on.
Shake it up.
Let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Enjoy in the morning.
