Energy Boosting Red Smoothie

Green smoothies are great, but this red one is awesome! It's healing and so sweet! So, give your energy a boost and give it a try!
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup tart cherry juice
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 5-8 ice cubes
  • 1 Tbs beet boost (beet-cherry powder) (or you can and 1 roasted beet, or a scoop of beet powder)
  • 1 Tbs goji berries
  • 1 tsp organic rose hips dried tea (optional)
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbs tocotrienols (optional)
  • orange wedges and extra raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, and whiz it up until it's smooth!
  2. Garnish with orange wedges and more raspberries.
